At Once Upon A Time Weddings, we understand those fears. That’s why our team is here to guide you through every step of the gown-finding process. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel supported, encouraged, and celebrated—not judged or pressured.

We’ll walk you through how the process works so you can focus on what really matters—how you feel in the dress.

We’ve designed the store to create the ultimate shopping experience. When you enter the store, you’ll be greeted by a stylist. You'll be brought back to your own bridal suite. You and your entourage will enjoy your private space with your mirror and fitting room built right in.

We’ve created a unique process to help you find your gown and it starts before you even step foot in the store. A bridal stylist will connect with you before your appointment and will help you start discovering your bridal style.

We have gowns that are exclusive to OUTW so that you can say yes with confidence. No cookie cutter gowns here.

We have thought of every detail. From our rooms, to our gowns, to the training our stylists do. You’ll finish your appointment by signing our wall and snapping pictures in front of our photo wall. This truly is an experience you’ll remember for years to come.

Bridal Appointment
Enjoy an hour-and-a-half appointment with your personal bridal stylist during our normal business hours with this complimentary appointment. Enjoy your own private bridal suite with mirror and fitting room built in.
Tea Party Appointment
Join us for an enchanting bridal appointment at Once Upon A Time Weddings, where your journey to finding the perfect dress begins with a touch of elegance. Relax and indulge in our complimentary tea service, setting the stage for a delightful and personalized bridal experience. Our expert consultants will then guide you through our exquisite collection, ensuring you feel like a princess on your special day.
Appointment is complimentary, but a credit card must be provided + cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $50 charge. Book online now under Tea Party + Bridal Appointment.
Premier Appointment
Enjoy a two hour appointment with your personal bridal stylist outside our normal business hours for a non-refundable fee of $125. Enjoy your own private bridal suite with mirror and fitting room built in. We’ll provide an area where you can bring your own snacks and drinks for your group. We’ll stage the area with mannequins in your bridesmaids colours. You’ll receive a swag bag with bride swag! Purchase your gown at your appointment and $75 of the $125 fee will go towards your gown.

Ultimate VIP Appointment
Enjoy a two hour appointment with your personal bridal stylist outside our normal business hours for a non-refundable fee of $250. Enjoy your own private bridal suite with mirror and fitting room built in. We’ll provide all the snacks and drinks for you and your group. We’ll stage the area with mannequins in your bridesmaids colours. You’ll receive a swag bag with planning essentials! Purchase your gown at your appointment and half of your fee will go towards your gown.
